I thought it was okay overall. A couple of the buds were actually nice, but then some others felt kinda dry, so I’m not really sure if it was the batch or just my luck. I still used it and didn’t hate it, but the quality felt a little all over the place

I’ve ordered from thcaorder.com a few times now, the shipping has been dependable every time. Tracking shows up quickly, and the package actually moves when they say it will, which I really appreciate. To me, if a company takes your money, the right thing to do is be clear and reliable about getting the order to you.
My last order landed right on the expected day and was packed just fine, with no weird delays or missing updates. It’s not flashy or anything, but they do what they say they’re going to do, and that kind of honesty makes the whole process feel a lot less stressful.

The lab results and COA info were there too, though I did have to poke around a little to find everything. Checkout was also clear about where they can and can’t ship, which I appreciated before putting in payment info.
I’m giving it 4 stars because my latest experience was solid overall, and that’s what’s freshest in my mind. I just wish they had all the legal and lab details gathered in one super simple place instead of making you click around.

Maybe it’s just me, but this didn’t really hit as hard as I was expecting. It was okay, just not quite as strong as I hoped it would be

I did eventually hear back from support, so I’ll give them credit for actually responding and not just leaving me hanging completely. That said, it definitely took longer than I was expecting, and I found myself checking for a reply a few times before they finally got back to me. Once they answered, things were fine, but the wait was kind of frustrating.

I found what I was looking for, so that part was good. But, yeah... the menus were a bit slow at times, and checkout on my phone felt kind of confusing. It worked in the end, just not as smooth as I expected.

The box showed up plain and didn’t give away what was inside, which I really appreciated. From my experience, that kind of simple packaging makes the whole delivery feel easier and less awkward. Nothing flashy, nothing weird, just low key and straightforward.
